The Chinese Linking Rings is one of magic's classic effects. One of the best! A standard set of Linking Rings consists of 8 rings, but many routines only use 6 of them. All the routines cover the basic plot: a number of rings are shown solid and separate, then they are linked to each other, then unlinked and fantastic penetrations, chains and figiures are displayed and at the end the rings are all shown separate again. Many routines involve a spectator on stage verifying that the links are solid and separate, really linked etc.
