Meet Private-eye Python, (affectionately known to his friends as the Analytical Anaconda). An outstanding student of the late Sherlock Holmes, he resides in this Indian snake basket, the favorite abode of all his captive kin. This snake is a smart sleuth, with amazing powers of observation and deduction. Let us ask him for a demonstration of his detective abilities. I have here a deck of playing cards, which we use for our Poker game every Saturday night. Mr, Smith, please check them, and shuffle them, and just pick out any card you like. Please show the card to everyone else, and autograph it, while I shuffle the deck. Please replace your card any where in the deck, and we will shuffle it some more, so it is as hopelessly lost as the proverbial needle in the haystack. We now place the deck in Private-eye Python's basket. We ask Private-eye to use his powers of observation and deduction to detect your finger prints on the selected card, and we have his solemn word of honour he will not trace it by looking for the signature on the face ! Private-eye Python Sir, would you kindly reveal to us the selection made by Mr. Smith? Bam ! Up pops the Python from the basket, selected card in his mouth, to the amazed Oohs and Aahs and the thunderous applause of his astounded audience.

And you don't need me to tell you that you could use picture cards, or alphabet cards, or business cards, visiting cards, or anything similar, in lieu of the standard paste boards.
