This effect is also known as the Parade of Queens (or Kings). An envelope is resting on your table or is held in your hand. You ask the spectator: Which one is your favourite queen? Let us say that she says the queen of hearts. You then open your envelope, bring out four cards and show the envelope empty. You fan the cards and show that all the cards are back up except the chosen queen which is face up. You turn the queen of hearts over and show that the back of that card is of a different colour then the others. No forcing. Any result possible. Bicycle cards.
